We were sorry to hear of the recent passing of Anne Luxton. She was a valued member of Stannary Brass Band since it began in 1995 when she was the band's solo horn player as well as its secretary. During her life she was very involved in the brass band world and contributed to many associated organisations.
Rest in peace, Anne.
Stannary Brass Band was formed in 1995 and is based in Tavistock, Devon. It’s objective is “to maintain, improve and advance the education of the public through the promotion and practice of brass band music”.
